White Awakening is an exploration of light expressed through sculptural form.

Working almost entirely in white allows texture, shadow, and natural light to become the true palette of the piece. For me, light is the purest color. As illumination changes throughout the day, the relief reveals new layers of depth and movement, creating an ever-changing visual experience.

Inspired by the quiet elegance of a blooming flower, the composition reflects the harmony found in nature—where every curve appears effortless, yet every detail follows its own organic rhythm.

Hand-sculpted in plaster over a Venetian plaster surface, this work invites the viewer to slow down, look closely, and discover beauty in simplicity.
